This course is open to the general public and organisations that are involved in the childcare industry . This course will provide you with the knowledge and ability to manage an anaphylaxis and asthma emergency in a childcare environment. This 3 hour course meets the requirements of the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). Our other course HLTAID004 is a comprehensive one day course, with no pre-course study that includes this Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, first aid and CPR certification. It may be more appropriate for your needs.

Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting – HLTAID004. Also Known as Childcare First Aid

Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting (HLTAID004) is a special course specifically designed for parents, people working in the childcare and early childhood learning industry or anyone like teachers, who work with kids. learn childhood treatment of specific first aid for kids especially anaphylaxis and asthma treatments as well as common injuries and resuscitation for children. The Australian Children’s Education & Care Authority (ACECQA) has endorsed HLTAID004 as meeting their requirements for anaphylaxis, asthma, and first aid training. It covers a lot more than 22282VIC – Course in the Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace and 22099VIC – Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis

Provide Advanced Resuscitation Techniques HLTAID007 (also known as oxygen provider course)


This course will provide you with Advanced Resuscitation Techniques including the use of oxygen and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Although not required, it is generally recommended that participants complete our First Aid course and use this as additional or higher level training in oxygen equipment and specialist resuscitation techniques.

Provide Advanced First Aid HLTAID006


If you work in high risk workplaces or who respond to first aid situations on a regular basis then you should consider Advanced First Aid training. This course includes skills on casualty assessment, triage, spinal injury management and stretchers. Completed over three days, this extensive first aid course is very hands on and offers you the ability to gain a greater depth of knowledge and practical experience over a wide range of trauma, medical and emergency situations.

Occupational First Aid HLTSS00027


Our training partner is one of only a couple of training providers offering Occupational First Aid. The four day program is suitable for those needing workplace approved occupational first aid training or for those who just want to gain the extra skills and knowledge to provide a higher level of first aid care.
