The Australian Children’s Education & Care Authority (ACECQA) has endorsed HLTAID004 as meeting their requirements for anaphylaxis, asthma, and first aid training. The certification is valid for three (3) years from date of issue. While first aid certificates are generally renewed every 3 years the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and workplaces codes of practice recommend any CPR refresher training should be undertaken yearly.
Our comprehensive student management system will send you a reminder message a month before your CPR and First Aid certificate is due to be renewed.
Your certificate will be emailed to you. The electronic copy can always be validated to check its authenticity by entering the certificate details as instructed on the certificate.

With our promotional pricing we do not routinely post out hard copies of certificates but they can be made available on request. Additional charges may apply to cover postage and delivery as indicated on the home page of our website. What you need to bring along on the day of your first aid training
- A form of identification
- Your Unique Student Identifier Number (USI)
- Pen and note paper
- Have good english language skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to undertake a multiple choice and short answer test
- Be physically able to perform two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult and infant CPR manikin placed on the floor
