What if my current First Aid certificate is expired?
This course covers all you need to know about first aid and gives you a first aid certificate valid for 3 years. This first aid course is suitable for people with or without a current first aid certificate or if you are seeking a refresher training course because your first aid certificate is about to expire or has recently expired, also known as Apply First Aid, Senior First Aid or Level 2 Workplace First Aid or refresher first aid)
All accredited first aid organisations like International Paramedic College based in the northern rivers of NSW or National organisations like St John, Red Cross, surf lifesaving, and Austswim and the Australian Resuscitation Council recommend refreshing First aid skills every 3 years.

HLTAID003 ALSTONVILLE FIRST AID COURSE INCLUDES A FREE CPR CERTIFICATE
We include a free CPR certificate and teach you how to use an automated external defibrillator, (AED). This express course is completed, in one day. This first aid class is suitable for people without a current first aid certificate or if you are seeking a refresher training course because your first aid certificate is about to expire or has recently expired (this course was also previously known as Apply First Aid, Senior First Aid or Level 2 Workplace First Aid, refresher first aid) All accredited first aid organisations like International Paramedic College based in the northern rivers of NSW or National organisations like St John, Red Cross, surf lifesaving, and Austswim and the Australian Resuscitation Council recommend refreshing your First aid skills and renewing your first aid certificate every 3 years. So if it has been more than 3 years you can book online now 24 hours a day.
Valid Accredited Nationally Recognised First Aid Certificate
After you successfully complete the Alstonville First Aid training class and its assessment activities, you will be issued a Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment in Provide First Aid HLTAID003.
The certification is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Workplaces generally require First aid certificates are generally renewed every 3 years.
The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and workplaces codes of practice recommend any CPR refresher training should be undertaken every year, So if it has been a year since you completed a CPR course you can renew your certificate and book here online now.
Our comprehensive student management system will send you a reminder message a month before your CPR and First Aid certificates are due for renewal.
We email first aid certificates and the electronic copy can be validated to check its authenticity online by entering the certificate details as instructed on the first aid certificate.

While there are no pre-requisites for this course, you will need to have sufficient English language skills to complete the competency-based first aid training.
You will also be required to undertake practical training and assessments at floor level which includes demonstrating CPR on a manikin for two minutes.
If you have reduced mobility or a current injury that may make this difficult please call and discuss this with us prior to booking.
Participants under the age of 18 are required to provide a consent form completed by their legal guardian. Please download and complete the form. You can submit it by email prior to your training day or hand it to your trainer prior to commencing training.
