CPR Course Requirements
While there are no prerequisites for the course, please consider:
Assessments are conducted in English, so you will need to understand written and spoken English
You will also be required to undertake practical training and assessments at floor level, which includes demonstrating CPR on a manikin for two minutes.
If you have reduced mobility or a current injury that may make this difficult, please call and discuss this with us before booking.
Participants under the age of 18 are required to provide a consent form completed by their legal guardian. Please download and complete the form. You can submit it by email before your training day or hand it to your trainer before commencing training.
We are a local independent training company that provides CPR courses and refresher training right here in Lismore NSW. Like The Red Cross St John Ambulance and Surf Lifesaving, we are fully regulated by The Australian Governments Skills Quality Authority (ASQEA) to provide the health, safety and emergency first aid qualifications we deliver in Lismore.
Our CPR courses training course in Lismore is recognised by the Royal Australian College Of General Practitioners (RACGP QI&CPD program, Austswim and all national bodies as the required standard for CPR and AED training in Australia.
We can also tailor the training to your specific needs. eg dental surgeries, Doctors and medical staff, aged and disability support workers, nursing students PEPs etc.
Our regulation is through this national government accreditation body to provide professional courses and accredited qualifications. Our CPR COURSE HLTAID009 is recognised nationally as the standard requirement for CPR training in Australia.
