Use of a payment plan with IPC has the following terms and conditions

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

  1. Authorisation for Automatic Direct Debit Payments: By agreeing to this Automatic Payment Plan (Autopay) Agreement, the Cardholder hereby authorises International Paramedic College Pty LTD (“the Company”) to charge the specified credit/debit card used for registration or the direct debit account in the plan at regular intervals until the total amount due is paid in full.
  2. Payment Amount and Frequency: The agreed-upon payment amount of in the payment schedule will be automatically debited from the provided credit/debit card or account every two weeks on a Friday (NSW Time).
  3. Commencement Date: The Autopay plan will commence on the fortnightly from the following Friday after submission. (NSW Time)
  4. Total Amount: The total amount to be charged through this Autopay arrangement is the amount nominated in the schedule you select below. The $1000 per month option will occur on the same day each month not on a pay week Friday
  5. Card Information: The Cardholder agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date credit/debit card information for the purpose of automatic payments if a card system is used.
  6. Notification of Changes: The Cardholder agrees to notify the Company promptly of any changes to the credit/debit card information, including but not limited to card number, expiration date, or billing address. Fees for missed payment will apply as indicated in section 8 below.
  7. Cancellation or Suspension: The Cardholder agrees to pay the full course fee and enters into this agreement, understanding that no refund will be due or payable after the cooling-off period for any reason. The 5-day cooling-off period applies to enrolment in our Certificate II, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma programs. The $295 payment plan fee is not refundable. Your enrolment. may be terminated if payment failures leave an outstanding amount greater than or equal to 3 payments under your plan. You will be given 7 days notice of any termination due to nonpayment of the course fees. Invoices issued for payment may be subject to late fees if unpaid as per our terms and conditions.
  8. Insufficient Funds/ Auto Payment Failure: If there are insufficient funds in the specified account to cover the Autopay go cardless transaction or the card payment fails for any reason, the Cardholder may be subject to an additional admin fee of $35 plus GST by International Paramedic College Pty Ltd. Where the go cardless system is used it may automatically retry a failed payment.
  9. Online access to the Student Management System will be restricted until the missed payments have been processed. Additional penalties may be applied by the card issuer as outlined in any agreement with the card issuer.
  10. Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Autopay arrangement if the Cardholder breaches any terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
  11. Disputes: Any disputes regarding charges made under this Autopay arrangement should be reported to the Company within 7 days of the transaction date.
  12. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
  13. Certificates and Statements of Attainment: No certificates or unit statements of attainment will be issued until payment is made in full for the entire course fee and any penalties noted in section 8, under this agreement
  14. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

I agree to make equal fortnightly payments to be charged to the same card used for my registration initial payment or by go cardless direct debit with International Paramedic College Pty Ltd.  The Cardholder acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined herein and by submitting the email form below agrees to be bound by them. No refunds for any portion of the course fees will be given for any reason under this payment plan agreement. No certificates or statements of attainment will be issued until payment of the full course amount and any fees under schedule 8 are paid in full by the student. The student confirms they are over 18 years of age.
