International Paramedic College is a growing RTO with a small, dynamic and friendly team based in Alstonville NSW. We’re always looking for a qualified, experienced First Aid trainer/assessors in all regions and cities of Australia that are interested in developing and delivering our unique first aid training and other courses on our scope for their local area, building your own business on the back of our strong brand and internet presence and systems. We have a tailored plan that can fit with your strategy and business model, giving you support, guidance and mentoring, through a process to develop your own business as a first aid trainer in your area. We are looking for qualified, experienced First Aid trainers/assessors who will impress our customers with their knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
All local First Aid trainer/assessors must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel. They may be required to travel to client workplace locations or training venues.
If you have an ability to relate to adults in an educational, fun and informative way then you can build up your own business with our support and mentoring. This opportunity role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work options, who can engage a class, face to face for a day.
All training resources and all equipment can be supplied. Laptop and projector, CPR manikins (adult, child and infant) and other training aids such as EpiPens, placebo asthma puffers, and bandages.
• A positive attitude and an ability to relate to adults in an educational context
• Current and extensive practical First Aid experience
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in education (mandatory)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Demonstrated experience in presentation and facilitation
• ‘Working with Children Card’ or be willing to obtain if successful
• Current Industry experience
• Must have a reliable car
